Participants will learn how to build effective individual development plans, and receive a take-home planning tool that both employees and managers can use to spark meaningful career conversations, set actionable goals, and drive targeted growth.
Becky Altman is a Certified Executive Coach and Leadership Development consultant with over 20 years in senior leadership roles working with individuals, teams, boards and executives across various industries. She began her career as a clinical social worker before spending 12 years in Jewish camping as the Director of Beber Camp. Prior to launching her own practice, she served on the senior leadership team at Grubhub as the Director of Organizational Culture, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Becky received a BS in Psychology from University of Illinois and a Masters in Social Work from Boston University.聽 She received her coaching certification through the Center for Executive Coaching, and holds a certificate in Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Northwestern University.
